Eleshia is a ministerial, educational, and leadership visionary. She received her license to minister and was ordained to pastor in 2009. Currently, Pastor Eleshia serves as Executive Pastor along side her husband, Senior Pastor Tony Cash of The Leadership Church. She has an outstanding gift in business and church administration. Her favorite Proverb is “Your Success Depends on Preparation, So Prepare.” Eleshia has a dynamic call to women's ministry and she leads with both passion and grace.
